The project consist of af renewal of the existing courtyard including new pawing, vegetation, terrain regulation, sitting areas, recreation facilities and sheds covering bicycles and containers for trash.

Furthermore the project includes local rainwater management by collecting rainwater from rooftops and hard surfaces; directed towards permeable surfaces such as gravel, grass, flowerbeds and rainbeds.
